- ½ avocado
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped pickles

- 2 slices of bread of choice

Method
Fry an egg on both sides or prepare as you prefer!
Top one slice of the bread with the avocado and minced garlic. Mash the avocado, spreading it all over the bread.
Put the fried egg on top. Then add the pickles, tomato slices, spinach, and mozzarella. Finally, top it with the other slice of bread.
Add a little bit of olive oil to a nonstick pan and toast the bread on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
