Avocado Egg Rolls Fixings

  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 3 avocados diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1Roma tomato diced
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 egg roll wrappers

How do You Make Avocado Egg Rolls?

In a large skillet heat the olive oil to medium-high heat.
