  • 2 cups low-fat sour cream
  • 2 cups egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place heated waffles in a foil-lined 26 x 18 x 1-inch all-metal skillet and coat with cooking spray. Top each waffle evenly with cheese and turkey. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread them evenly over each waffle.

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 skinless salmon filets (about 5 oz each)
  • Steamed broccoli (optional)

Toast Kelloggs® Ego® Homestyle Waffles according to package directions. tear wide. Put in a food processor. Cover and process until finely ground. set aside.

Set aside half of the honey-lemon sauce. Flip the salmon fillets. Brush salmon with remaining honey-lemon sauce. Sprinkle waffle bread crumbs on top. Return to broiler. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until salmon is easily peeled with a fork.

Place salmon on 4 plates. Top with the reserved honey lemon sauce. Serve with potatoes and broccoli (optional).

Prepare Kellogg’s® Eggo® Homestyle Waffle and Kellogg’s® Eggo® Minis Homestyle Waffle according to package directions.

Place large waffles on a serving plate. For turkey tail feathers, arrange orange slices, blood orange slices, and strawberry slices on a plate. For turkey legs, add pecans to the plate. Drizzle syrup over large waffles.
