  • 24 Kellogg’s® Eggo® Homestyle waffles
  • 4 cups shredded low-fat swiss cheese
  • 2 cups diced smoked turkey breasts
  • 2 cups low-fat sour cream
  • 2 cups egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place heated waffles in a foil-lined 26 x 18 x 1-inch all-metal skillet and coat with cooking spray. Top each waffle evenly with cheese and turkey. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread them evenly over each waffle.

Bake for 25 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. Serve hot.

Prepare Kellogg’s® Ego® Chic & Fluffy Original Waffles according to package directions. Cool for 10 minutes. Place on serving plate. 2. Cut the mango slices into 2 pieces for the penguin’s beak and 4 pieces for the penguin’s feet. set aside. Cut two 3/4-inch pieces horizontally from the two ends of the penguin’s head tuft.

  • 2 Kellogg’s® Eggo® Homestyle waffles
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 skinless salmon filets (about 5 oz each)
  • Steamed broccoli (optional)

Toast Kelloggs® Ego® Homestyle Waffles according to package directions. tear wide. Put in a food processor. Cover and process until finely ground. set aside.

In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, honey, chives (optional), 1 tablespoon lemon juice, soy sauce, lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. set aside.

Place potatoes in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. bring to a boil. reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. drain. Return to warm pot. Add butter, remaining 1 tablespoon lemon juice, remaining 3/4 teaspoon salt, and remaining 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Coarsely mash with a potato masher, leaving a few pieces. Cover and keep warm.

Place salmon fillets skin side up on a foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray. Grill 3 to 4 inches from heat for 4 to 7 minutes or until salmon edges are crisp.

Set aside half of the honey-lemon sauce. Flip the salmon fillets. Brush salmon with remaining honey-lemon sauce. Sprinkle waffle bread crumbs on top. Return to broiler. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until salmon is easily peeled with a fork.

Place salmon on 4 plates. Top with the reserved honey lemon sauce. Serve with potatoes and broccoli (optional).

Prepare Kellogg’s® Ego® Chic & Fluffy Original Waffles according to package directions.

Meanwhile, boil the syrup in a small pot. reduce heat. Add fried bacon. Boil the bacon uncovered for 2 minutes. Remove from stove.

Place the waffles on the serving plate. Top with bacon slices. Pour over the remaining syrup in the pot. Arrange the raspberries on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

  • 1/2 medium blood orange or Cara Cara orange, peeled and cut into segments
  • 1 strawberry, sliced
  • 2 pecan halves
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 scoop (3 tbsp.) Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Creamy Chocolate Light Ice Cream
  • White chocolate morsels
  • Chocolate-hazelnut spread or hot fudge sauce
  • Candy corn

Prepare Kellogg’s® Eggo® Homestyle Waffle and Kellogg’s® Eggo® Minis Homestyle Waffle according to package directions.

Place large waffles on a serving plate. For turkey tail feathers, arrange orange slices, blood orange slices, and strawberry slices on a plate. For turkey legs, add pecans to the plate. Drizzle syrup over large waffles.

Place the small waffles on top of the large waffles. For turkey heads, place ice cream scoops on small waffles. The second one with the white chocolate chips upside down in the ice cream. Apply a small amount of Chocolate His Spread to the center of the eye. As a beak, top the ice cream with chunks of candy in his cone. Serve immediately.
