- Oatmeal – We do not recommend using instant oatmeal as it will make the cream slimy. Sliced oats may be too thick to mix for a short period of time and may need to be soaked in hot water for 30-60 minutes and rinsed first
- Oil – It can be spooned into hot beverages. Other neutral oils can also be used, such as sunflower oil, grapeseed oil, etc
- Water Filtered water at room temperature
- Salt

Step 2. Treatment
Filter the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag. However, be careful not to squeeze or wring the mixture as this can promote mucus formation. Once strained, it can be used immediately or poured into jars and refrigerated.
