I am more concerned with oil quality than quantity. I’m also not interested in the messiness of deep frying.
I don’t have an air fryer yet (looking at nuwave Bravo air fryer toaster oven) but plan to try using avocado, olive, and coconut oil. In some circles, these are considered good oils, and seed oils, bad.
