- 1 cup of the cooking liquid should save before draining

- After adding them, simmer the tomatoes for about 8 minutes, or until they are soft
- Add the cream and peas and stir. Orzo should add and coat
- Take the skillet from the stove. Toss the spaghetti mixture with the Parmesan to evenly distribute it
- Add just enough of the conserved cooking liquid to the pasta mixture as you stir, keeping the sauce thick and creamy
- Salt and pepper the orzo before serving

- Before you begin cooking, prepare everything. Because this is a recipe that cooks rapidly, make sure you have everything sliced up and ready to go before you begin
