For how long will tofu fried rice keep?

For about a week, fried tofu may be stored in the refrigerator. Reheating it in a skillet with some oil and soy sauce works best. It wouldn’t retain a lot of its texture if frozen, thus I wouldn’t suggest doing it.

The ideal tofu for frying is which?

Extra-firm tofu
This tofu is much simpler to handle while frying due to its hardness. If you choose softer tofu, there’s a chance it will get mushy before you can finish cooking it.

This recipe for tofu fried rice is a filling dish with strong protein and vegetables with an Asian influence. This takeout-inspired dish is delicious and enjoyable to create!
