Recipes of Fried Polenta
Classic Fried Polenta
Ingredients
- 1 cup of polenta
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Oil for frying

- Reduce the heat and cook the polenta, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes or until it thickens
- Pour the polenta onto a greased baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Let it cool for at least 1 hour
- Cut the polenta into fries or desired shapes
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, and paprika
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Dredge the polenta fries in the flour mixture and shake off any excess
- Fry the polenta fries in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
Fried Polenta Cakes with Goat Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of polenta
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tsp of salt
